Seth is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance. From 2008 to 2018 Seth was employed as a contract bond underwriter for both Liberty Mutual and RLI Surety. He was responsible for the state of Oklahoma, Kansas and western third of Missouri. In June of 2018, Seth joined Rich & Cartmill as a producer in our Oklahoma City office. Seth’s insurance focus is in commercial insurance and surety bonds for contractors.
Seth is the son of Thad Leonard, who is a producer in the Rich & Cartmill Tulsa office. Thad has been in the insurance industry for over 40 years and previously ran the agency founded by Seth’s great grandfather in 1941.
