Penny grew up in Ardmore and attended Plainview High School before earning her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University. She began her career in the independent insurance industry in 2003 and, after 23 years with Loftis & Wetzel Corp, joined Rich & Cartmill in 2026.
Penny specializes in personal lines and is highly respected throughout the industry for her knowledge and experience. Her primary focus is helping clients secure the coverage they need in the event of a claim; while also making sure they understand their policies and maintain coverage that fits their budget. Providing outstanding customer service is always a top priority for Penny and her team.
Penny lives in Edmond with her 2 spirited kids, who keep her busy and make up most of her free time.
