Braedan Warwick joined Rich & Cartmill, Inc. in 2024. He is the son of Brad Warwick, a shareholder partner in the firm’s Tulsa office, and was inspired early on to pursue a career in insurance after watching his father’s success.
A lifelong Broken Arrow, Oklahoma native, Braedan is a 2020 graduate of Broken Arrow High School. He attended Northeastern State University, where he played baseball, before transferring to Oklahoma Christian University. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. His Christian-business education helped shape a strong professional foundation focused on faith, ethics, and treating others with respect and fairness.
Braedan began his insurance career as a college intern with Northwestern Mutual, gaining experience in life and health insurance. He is
a member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma (IIAO).
At Rich & Cartmill, Braedan specializes in commercial insurance and bonding solutions for the healthcare industry, including senior living facilities, hospice services, durable medical equipment providers, and pharmaceutical companies.
Outside of work, Braedan enjoys hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Karlee, have been married since September 2025.
