Josh joined Rich & Cartmill’s Oklahoma City office in 2022 following 11 years as a Bond Underwriter with Granite Re, Inc. and National American Insurance Company serving contractors and agency partners in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.  Josh graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in Finance in 2006 and was an NAIA Academic All-American as a member of the OBU Golf Team.  Josh holds his Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB) and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations.

While specializing in Commercial Construction Contractors’ surety bonding programs, Josh strives to act as a full-service risk management partner with his clients.  Josh, and his brother Phillip Bryan, a shareholder with Rich & Cartmill, work together to help Commercial Construction Contractors and other business-owners focus on growing and protecting their companies and personal interests.

Josh and his wife Sarah have two boys, Ben and Will.  Josh enjoys playing golf and watching his sons compete in whatever they do.
