A graduate of Northeastern State University with a degree in Finance, Stephen began his career working in Commercial Banking for Bank of America. While there, he was accepted into BOA’s management training program in Credit Risk Analysis. Stephen then spent 17 years working in Commercial Real Estate with Bauer & Associates, Inc. in Tulsa. Since joining Rich & Cartmill, Stephen has completed multiple Producer Development Programs and has received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. When not at work, he enjoys time with his family, endurance sports, snow skiing, and anything in the mountains.
